Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the material: Describe the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
- Signature: Provide an electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
